Monday Morning

I was going to tell you about seeing Zoolander
2 yesterday

Then I was going to tell you all about the lady
who recognised me from Snapchat

^^^^best thing ever

And then I though fuck it

Today, because it’s Monday morning

I’m going to send you some fuel

A polite kick up the ass

To say

DO IT

The thing you are thinking about my friend

You see like I keep saying I talk to a lot of
women.. Loads in fact

And a lot of them tell me stuff like

I just feel shit (yep they curse too)

I eat crap and I feel crap…

I don’t move and I feel crap…

I want to exercise, I even plan on it and then I
don’t…

And then I feel crap

It seems the only time you don’t feel crap is
when you are TRYING

When you stop…

Yep you guessed. You feel crap again

So what are you waiting for?

Just try! Because when you are trying you feel
so much better about yourself

When you are trying you feel more positive
about life

When you are trying you set a great example to
everyone around you

The sad thing is you give up because of how
you THINK you should be doing

How much you think you SHOULD weigh

What size you SHOULD be

When in reality (I kinda like reality these days)

You are only trying to feel better about YOU.

It’s the only reason we do anything to feel
BETTER

What am I trying to tell you?

Stop concentrating on what you think you or
everyone else around thinks you SHOULD be

And just concentrate on getting after it

Because that’s where all the pleasure is
anyways

Plus when you do, you’ll soon notice that
you end up where you WANTED to be anyways

Weird but true
