For most people that means if you don’t go out
on the piss

You don’t know what to do

How many times can you go to the cinema?

Plus you have friends in your ear saying things
like…..

“Don’t be such a dry shite”

Without doubt this is one of the biggest
obstacles to getting the body you want

But there’s a couple things you can do to help

That way you can have your cake and eat it too

^^^^^^^I hate that expression

What the fuck else would you do with cake?

Stare at it?

Anyhoo….

1. Get a Workout in That Day

Make sure you get in some of these ^^^^^^^^^^^

If you know you have a big night ahead of you

Make sure you get an intense workout in that
day and have your metabolism firing

No excuse to miss this one

2. Eat Less That Day

You’re gonna be takin in a SHIT LOAD of
calories in glorious alcohol form

So eat less during the day

Smaller portions and no starchy stuff

Meat & veggies for the win here

3. Make Smart Drink Choices

Make smart drink choices

Vodka & water & lime is a favourite of mine

NorCal Margarita’s are good if you like tequilaNorCal-Margarita-300x169

Just 2 shots of tequila
Juice of a lime
And club soda or soda water

Tequila and I had a bad experience on my 18th
and I haven’t had it since

At some stage you may get roped into some
shots

But make your main drink choices good and
you’ll be fine

4. Drink Some Waterwater-225x300

I don’t give a shit if your friends make fun of
you for havin water

I don’t care if you have to make 3-4 trips to the
toilet

Drinkin water WILL 100% help you avoid a
hangover

One of the biggest problems with drinking for
most is

The next day is a write off

How many times have you been so hungover
you can’t move?

And you just lie on the couch

Wait for the Chinese to open

And the Sunday night movie to come on

Or X Factor

That shit ruins your whole weekend

Obviously if you drink 3 nights a week it
doesn’t matter what you do

If that’s the case then give yourself a reality
check because you are getting NO RESULTS
