5 Daily Habits To Shred That Belly Fat

success-300x195You don’t have to make big dramatic changes to get results.

This is where most Moms go wrong, they try to completely overhaul their nutrition in one go.

Ya know what happens with that? It’s too much too soon and they rebound back to where they were……..OR WORSE.

Below are 5 daily habits that you can start doing straight away that can help you ditch the belly fat.

Some you may not have heard of, but TRUST ME……THEY WORK.

1. Drink Water First Thingwater-300x192

When you wake up make it a habit to have a glass of water straight away, the colder the better.

This kicks the day off on the right note & is great for energy.

BONUS TIP: Make sure you’re drink 30-40ml of water per kg of bodyweight everyday, you may need to build up to that.
e.g 100kg person needs 3-4 litres.

2. Exercise As Soon As Possiblewalk-300x225

For a lot of people this might be lunch break, or maybe before work you can sneak in a walk.

It doesn’t mean you have to workout early in the day, but even a 10-20 minute walk can boost your concentration & energy an incredible amount.

Walk, take the stairs, get in any bit of exercise you can.

3. Get Protein At Breakfasteggs-300x214

This is a great way to kick start your metabolism and to keep you full for longer.

There are tons of options from
Eggs(muffins, omelettes, scrambled, boiled) to
Smoothies w/yogurt or protein powder added in to
Meat & nuts

And so many more.

I’ve posted tons of options in the last couple of weeks on my Facebook so check that out HERE

4. Breathe

Might sound silly to some of you, but the amount of stress and tension that can be relieved from just 10 minutes of breathing a day is HUGE.

For Mom’s in particular you need to make this a priority in your schedule, a stress free Momma is better for everyone involved.

There is a great app called Headspace which you can check out & I use regularly.

Or watch the video below for a 90/90 breathing drill

5. Sleepsleep-300x225

Snoopy had it right. Now before you say

“I have a 4 month old I can’t get any sleep”

I know that in that case its very difficult, but you need to make it your mission to right that ship as soon as possible.

If not your hormones & health and headed down the crapper. In that case power naps are your friend.

Try getting a minimum of 7 hours a night & 8 if you can.

5 Habits you can put into action every single day.

If you do these things success is GUARANTEED!!!!!!!!!!!1
