1987 Came into the world kicking and screaming

1994 – Parents packed up the family and moved to Florida

2000 – Returned to the glorious emerald isle & was cold as fuck

2006 – Finished school and headed off to the University Of Limerick to study Food Science & Health

2007 – Left UL because food science was mostly science, who knew?

Late 2007-2010 – Bounced around a bunch of different jobs from Woodies to AIB. Also spent time in a bunch of different countries from Australia to Greece to Wales To England.

Late 2010 – Figured being sporty was something I loved growing up so why not go to college to become a trainer

2011 – 2014 –Started working in a gym and immediately loved it, also started up my own business, Finish Strong Fitness

Spent this time building up my own personal training/bootcamps while working for the gym as well.

April 2014 – Began working in The Performance & Fitness Academy and began Matt Nagle Personal Training

One of my bootcamp ladies asked me to make her a home workout plan because she couldn’t make the gym anymore.

3 or 4 of her friends saw her success and asked could they do it too?

I quickly realised this is who I loved working with, Moms who are craving results & have the same sense of humour as me.

June 2015 – Started refining the first Super Mom Program and realised this was my passion

Today – I am always striving to improve the program and have helped lots of moms ditch their boated stomachs, shred dress sizes and gain back that old confidence

That’s all for me, I’m sure I’ve missed some important things like the time I proposed to my girlfriend on stage at a concert………that was scary.

Or when I missed the engagement party because I had to be rushed to the hospital to have my appendix out…….RIP Trevor the Appendix
