That’s exactly what’s happening to a lot of

women

Because they’re not eating enough food

That old myth “eat less lose more” is still

knocking around

It might work for a little while and you’ll think

 “Great I’ve figured it out”

Then you rebound

And all of the above starts to happen

Nobody wants that & it’s a hard place to climb

out of

So here are some tips you can use to make

sure you avoid that shit hole of a place 

  1. Eat protein at every single meal

Meat/fish/fowl/0% fat yogurt can all keep you

full for longer. Being low on protein is a sure

fire way for your body to eat its own muscle…

Literally that happens….get some every single meal

And snacks too, quest/nutramino/fulfil protein

bars are all great options 

  1. Have as many veggies as possible

Did you just roll your eyes?

Are you really surprised? Grandma had it right,

veggies always on the plate

Think of green veggies as free, eat as much as

you like

Then on top of that try to get as many different

colours and varieties as possible

You can’t avoid this one forever, suck it up

  1. Eat good fats at every meal

Avocado, nuts, nut butters, coconut oil, bacon,

grass fed butter are all winners

Having them at your meals will keep you full

for much longer

Not to mention they taste amazing, they are

very high in calories though so don’t go nuts

^^^^^^^^^^get it?

Include them at every meal not surrounding

your workouts

And they’re very handy as snacks

  1. Have good carbs

Potatoes (all kinds), rice, oats are all good

They are best eaten at the meals before & after

your workouts

Don’t be afraid of carbs especially if you’re

workouts are intense

Good carbs don’t make you fat

Overeating on takeaways and crap does

BONUS TIP

Combine the first 4 tips into 3 solid meals and

2-3 snacks

This isn’t set in stone but suits most peoples

schedule

Obviously there is no one size fits all

But this is an incredible place to start & can get

you….

And has got many of my clients A LOT of results

Don’t complicate it & as Nike would say…..
