I get this question all the time
Should you be counting every calorie all day
every day
Or does it even matter?
Here’s the deal
Your body needs a certain amount of food
(calories) to either
Gain weight/body fat
Maintain your weight/body fat level
Or lose weight/body fat
So if you eat too much food you won’t lose any
fat at all
But let me be clear, that doesn’t mean you
have to count calories
There are different portion control methods
you can use to control how much food you eat
And they will get you more results than most
people ever thought possible
Now lets flip the coin
Counting calories works insanely well and is the
most accurate and fastest way to get results
But it requires weighing every food you eat and
using a calorie tracker
For some people this approach works
incredibly well and helps keep them focused
But for the majority of people, moms especially
It causes more stress and heartache and
frustration on top of what they already have
So should you do it?
That depends on you
If the thought of eating healthy already sounds
daunting then start smaller

Check out what G had to say about our
methods
“Your approach works for people with real lives
jobs, kids, hectic schedules. Counting the shit
out of every calorie is for people with fuck all
else to do, and more power to them if they can
dedicate that much energy to it!! Following this
plan, for me anyway, is about mindfulness of
what I’m putting into my body and making the
good stuff be habit/norm and NOT resorting to
panic eating shit at 6pm cos I’ve starved myself
all day!
I fell off the wagon – face first – spectacularly at
the weekend BUT I’m so back on track I can’t
believe my own self!!! That would not have
happened two months ago – fact! My legs look
slimmer in skinny jeans and my skin is (if I may
say so!) glowing!
Next week is going to be a challenge, but I feel
that I’m better equipped to navigate thru it,
probably because I’m putting me first and
being selfish.
Anyway, it’s all good! Keep fighting the good
fight!”

Or are you using any?
